                Nope. Lori has been stressed out because of work and one of her stress reliefs is to bake. Shes been baking cup cakes, brownies, rice crispy treats with chocolate topping... god. And the kids aren't really eating them and they are just sitting on the counter.
                My wife bakes all the time, all that type of crap and I rarely eat any of it lol. Probably because even if it looks healthy I see all of the butter, sugar and other shit that goes into it haha

                    8xStack+ added Chains- +3 forced Reps PR- This set rocked because we hung the chains over the leg pad so as I straighten my legs the weight got heavier. Awesome set.

                    Bummer about Leg press but oh well. Before last month, I never did hacks because they put to much stress on my Patella Tendon, but I continued to play with the machine until I found a foot placement and foot plate angle that worked for me. I imagine the weights I can use on that will jump up pretty fast. My hams are still sore from Deads on Monday. So are my traps. And my chest, front delts and triceps are sore as fuck today from yesterday.

                    Felt kind of drained today. I felt it in my warmup. I was pretty pissed I didn't get all the reps I needed with the same weight on Leg press. But My legs are pretty fried. It was a good session but things didn't happen the way I wanted them to. And still couldn't do SLD


                    Waist is getting smaller. I am about to change holes in my belt.

                          I have purposefully dropped my sets and jumped my intensity up. HIT style.--And its working!

                          Legs are a very hard muscle group for me to train. I have an injury on my L5 S1.

                            Oh snap eh, yeah I've tweaked my lower back before and it def sucks trying to train around it.. I found that you need to do lots of extentions and curls and leave the leg press/hack/smith squats to the end when your legs are already fatigued as fuck.

                            • Yep. I can't start with leg press. I can't squat at all anymore. Which sucks, because squats were my favorite exercise. But oh well. Nothing I can do about it and I am not going to dwell on it. NEXT
