              GREAT ATTITUDE J! I have sworn off squatting, come back to it, put it off again several times. I too have had a lot of lower back "challenges" but there may come a day that I attempt to squat again in the future. I can definitely say though that my days of squatting 455 for reps are long gone and my leg development and overall back health have been better for it.

                    Good session today. I slept through my alarm today and slept till noon so my Dad went ahead and trained at our normal time alone and went in around 1:30. So I trained alone too. And only had one meal in me too.

                    I have been sleeping on my right shoulder so it has been aching a lot lately. That is why I didn't do any presses today, and why I didn't continue the 30 lb set of laterals. I will do rear laterals on Monday with back.

                    Still cautious about moving big weight on triceps, but had a big pump going on.

                    I got a few compliments at the gym today about me getting "huge", which is dope. I am loving this diet. I feel better. I am already looking better and see some good recomp already.

                            Good session. Today I set the baseline for my next back day as far as what weights to use for my new style. I was going to do Deads, but after BB Rows, my lower back felt pretty iffy and didn't want to push it. I am not "injuried" at the moment and this is the first time in a few months and I really want to keep it that way.

                            Anyway, I had a great workout, I was super pumped all workout. I have not done pullovers in a long long long time. Felt good. I need to work on my shoulder flexibilty but it is not that bad. I need to work on my over all flexibility. But I can still touch my toes.


                            My forearm veins are pumping out more and I am getting some front delt veins coming to the surface.

                                I either hit my treadmill at something like 3-3.2 MPH @ 10% for 30-35 Mins or go for hard walks with the dogs. I have this route. First time it took me 45 mins to do. last time it took us 38 mins to complete. so Low intensity. For now.
