Training and diet took a hit with this new work schedule by I'm making due with training now. Diet is back on 100%.
Training at 5am is a bitch. Difficult to be 100% to murder the weights!
But like I said last night, i got shit coming down the pipeline that will be awesome. Looking forward to it.Not Everything. Not Yet.
