I went to the gym today and hit chest.
Chest is still bothering me. That sucks. Incline press and dumbbell press still bother the area, but Pec deck does not. So, I focused on that and I am cramping now, so I guess it was ok. OK.
I also did seated laterals 3 sets of 8-10 with 30s.
Hanging leg raises 2x failure and tons and tons of stretching.Not Everything. Not Yet.

Woke up on my own-NO FUCKING ALARM- You know how long it has been since I did that? Me either. And it was awesome. Trained somewhat. Cooked. Went and got my dogs new and BIGGER Kennels (which I feel great about), Cleaned my garage. And am going to chill for the rest of the night with my wife.

Completely changing my program.
I didn't push this workout to the limit obviously, by the poundages. There were movements I did today that I don't normally do. I was just trying to see how they went.
But for Chest, I took it super easy. My pec is still bugging me A LITTLE. I was just going throw the motion with chest the chest moves. I got Ice on it right now.Not Everything. Not Yet.
