I did some training at home yesterday. The roads are bad over here and didn't go to the gym. I have been kind of taking a break from serious training and the internet. But it is back to normal come Monday.Not Everything. Not Yet.

Yeah it was alright. Felt like a POS if I didn't at least exercise a little yesterday. I got DBs up to 50s and a bar with 75 lbs a tread, elitical and a professional Pilates deal for my wife in my back room. A decent PLAN B for the gym if I can't make it to gym. I'm excited to hit I hard again come Monday. A few days of relaxed training can do great things for your motivation. And dropping fat. The always helps.
I am going to lay off of BB Bench again for a while. It is tearing up my shoulders. They kill for 2 days after doing that lift. Stick with Flat DBs and DB and BB incline.Not Everything. Not Yet.
