                  Yeah that's right, most of the county is vegetarian/vegan although there is a part that relies heavily on fish. So I guess they would be the same as me, Pesco Vegetarian.                   Haha, the cycle thing is nothing serious man, something I think about occasionally and that's about it. I will probably do a mild course of something before I'm 40 but I'm in no rush. My lifts are still going up nicely.

                        Today I went CG on the reverse grip. We have a Neutral grip Wide pulldown bar too, and I used that aswell

                            • Yesterday's back workout must have been perfect because my low back is very sore muscularly (?) but doesn't hurt.
