          • Yea, I did the smith racks last week because both power racks were taken up...one by some ass doing curls, the other doing some sort of fucked up bb row.

            • I do curls sometimes in the racks but I'm aware of people in the gym who might want to use it. I go and ask and move if they want it. I don't like using the fixed weight barbells so I use an actual barbell. It's no big move.

              • I hate that stupid mentality guys get in the gym. Mean mugging and shit. No eye contact. The energy in the gym is much better when there is comaraderie. So I as hey to everyone and ask how's it going.

                  • I did shoulders yesterday. Will post workout later. Some buddies of mine were doing squats next to me yesterday and It was a real bummer. My back was hurting all day and it sucked to see them squat and have a great leg day. I'm puttin together a plan for me. More cardio, core strength, flexibility, spine health or flexibility and more cardio... I'll post it when finished. I want feedback on it.

                          • I trained Chevy triceps yesterday just haven't logged it. Went to my buddies and shot shotguns, AKs, M14s, 9mm, 45s, 30.06, drank a bunch of beer watched some of the game and had lots of sex. GREAT DAY YESTERDAY!
