                Good man. Busy as usual. I'm working 50+ hours a week and my wife is pulling the same amount of hours. We don't see eachother much but she is still cooking my food for me. I really appreciate it. Work has taken over my life, though and I hate it. And it keeps me from being on here much too as I am sure you have noticed. I fininshed working with Roger Baker about 2-3 weeks ago and couldn't have been happier with the results! I am still following the plan he and I laid out and hope to start back with him in a few weeks.

                Went well. I am hopeful for the future. When your calves are bigger than your quads, then you have a problem and have no choice but to suck up the pain in your spine and do whats got to be done. I have good calves too. Low insertsions and wide bellies.

                            I meant that you don't need to ask that over a PM. Thicken your skin. Most of my posts now are from my iphone because I am at work and it is easier to post here than communicate through PM.

                            Not happy about that lack of sleep but it is what it is. Not enough time in the day.

                            That will work. My calves will be a liver, Give a 3rd and it will grow back in a few months I am fine with that, WW.
