          • Shit is going well. I've added some much needed cardio to my program. Seems to be working... Go figure.

            Had a business meeting to night at a restaurant. I feel poisoned. Had the habachi steak.

            • Glad things are going better.

              Sorry about the restaurant food. After I eat at a chain restaurant, I pretty much always feel like I ate garbage. I call it "industrial food". Most of it is filled with salt, sugar and preservatives, and isn't even cooked at the restaurant (it comes from a factory pre-made and all the restaurant staff has to do is warm it up). I find it surprising how many people actually like this type of food.

              Whenever I can, I try to eat at a local diner/restaurant where they cook the food themselves.
