damn right, if we get 2 or 3 workouts out of 4 or 5 being awesome then we are ahead of the game.
on those days I am haveing a shit workout I try to leave at least one thing right that day, that something could be just completing a workout that day.

AKS, I don't know if you know, but Vinny is helping me get in shape for the show. I am supposed to lose "some" weight and then we will start a small bulk, I think. I think it is to get an idea of how my body responds to a lower carb diet. So I dont know how low my weight is supposed to get before the bulk.
Andrew, I was trying to do a low rep workout. I thought I would be able to pound out more weight than that but I couldn't summon the energy to do that. Maybe next week. Sucked too, because on a normal chest day I can Incline 185 17 times!!!
