    • That energy thing is the diet beating you down. Drink coffee if you can before training. It helps. I spent 37 days Keto with no refeeds so that was my go-to.

              • 219 this morning. Been sick for a few days. I made sure that I was getting a lot of water in though. I couldnt eat alot of food. I imagine that my next few workouts will be lame.

                          • Felt good today. I purposely didnt take my fat burner today(DREN). I think it is what is keeping my energy down in the gym. Funny HUH? I think I was right because I had a ton of it today.
