    • hey J, glad to see ya making good strides in the bench program...it's weird how cutting back on sets makes that kinda different...about being toasty by the time you get inclines, I was the same way...those CGBP def take a toll.

          So, I am going on vacation on Monday till Friday. No lifting where I am going. I'll be active for sure but no lifting. I am looking for to that, but I am already looking forward to coming back to the gym! Ive got some ideas and am going to switch some things up. Heavy compound shit. At least for the moves I can still do. I'm excited.

                  • Thanks Fellas. I went to Winthrop and stayed at this place in the mountains. The whole Family was there. It was the first time that my brothers and sister have all been in the same place in 10 years.
