        • I like the 3 rep range. Coan program will increase your bench...3 reps is what is up.

          Good form dude really good form, saw this in the DMZ log first but decided to comment here.

              Pretty basic program, but nice to throw in to spruce up your routine....

              Kinda a linear periodization template.

              Im preferring non linear periodization, better results for me...

              But take a guy like J who has been doing a body building routine and put him on the Coan program, bound to see an increase on the bench.

                Thanks Austin. I am loving it. I am just thinking about having a 300lb bench. That would be pretty cool. Not useful in anyway, and just purely for my own shits and giggles, but it would be cool. Maybe some day soon. But Like I said. I am not a PLer so whatever. Just enjoying the ride.

                  1 x tbsp ACV, 1/2 squeezed lemon mixed into a cup of warm (not hot) water.
