    What has helped is adding a lot of weight to my squat, working my glutes, and thinking about pushing my feet through the floor when I pull. I think that helps really get the legs involved.

          • Good work on the PR. They are always good times especially on big lifts. Were the dips focused more on your triceps or chest? I rarely do them because I cant seem to feel them in my pecs well.

            • Thanks man! They are not an isolation move, they are like presses. I feel them in my chest, triceps and shoulders. Add them in for a few weeks and see what happens.

                            • Hey bud. Inspired by you and everyone else who is going heavy, I decided to add some weight to see what I could do. This AM I got 275 for 4 solid reps and felt like I had gas in the tank for more. Feeling very happy at the moment . . .

                                Ha that is cool Thanks man. That is why we are all here, you know- to help and motivate. I assume you are talking bench for 275 for 4 reps right? Is that 275 with the bar weight? Either freaking way that is great and good for you. You could probably knock out a single for 300 or damn near close to it.
