              Its ok though. Nothing I can't handle. I slept ok last night. And Friday night I will probably get around 10-12 hours. I usually do, I am always looking forward to Friday night!

                          Bench

                          Well, I nailed it. Twice!

                          2 Sets of 315 for 1.

                          The first one, I stalled out in the sticking point but generated enough force to finish it ON MY OWN. And the second one was much smoother. No stalling out. Nothing.

                          1:00- 1:15 and 2:15-2:24



                          Now I start the Coen Bench Program over.
