Registration by Invite Only
Because of the email regisration being abused, registration will be by invitation only.

I love higher reps on legs. Back before I got hurt I always out trained my partners on legs. Wasn't the strongest but I'll be damned if they dish out more intensity than me.

that's it buddy! i came to the same conclusion with chest, my shoulder has been so consistently fucked up, I no longer bother with low reps and just go for 10-15 rep schemes, who cares about the weight, gimme that pump!

i never feel like i got anything out of the high rep stuff personally. 10 - 12 felt like the best range for me. All 15+ did was give me a big pump for about 45 minutes.

Very cool on the high rep squats bud. I like them even more when I do heavy high reps and end up with my leg muscles screaming when done!!!! (I scream too sometimes, but usually it is more of a groan . . .)
