Well running on sore legs sucks but I haven't ran in a long time. So yeah. It was fun. My shoulder is keeping me from doing stuff--- which I honestly don't mind. I am enjoying the lay off from serious training and am just enjoying exercising. (running)

Hey bud. How long you going to lay off the heavy lifting? I will be off three weeks this week, with only one or two serious weight lifting days in there. My big karate test (blackbelt) is this Saturday. After that I am going to cut for 6 weeks, with more or less normal lifting.

On leg press, I failed at 15 reps on the last 2 sets. Had some help to finish.
