  • Well running on sore legs sucks but I haven't ran in a long time. So yeah. It was fun. My shoulder is keeping me from doing stuff--- which I honestly don't mind. I am enjoying the lay off from serious training and am just enjoying exercising. (running)

    • Hey bud. How long you going to lay off the heavy lifting? I will be off three weeks this week, with only one or two serious weight lifting days in there. My big karate test (blackbelt) is this Saturday. After that I am going to cut for 6 weeks, with more or less normal lifting.

      • How ever long till I feel close to 100%. Shouldn't be much longer, week maybe. It feels good. I am still training but not chest or back.

              I did do NORMAL squats on saturday... this doesnt happen often as i usually use the plate loaded squat machine(cause its always busy when im doing legs)... I got up to 285x6 and felt like my hams/glutes were gonna explode... and MAN am i feeling it 2 days later... hurts to sit on the toilet... guess i did something right... LOL

                          Leg press ss Leg extension
                          20x4pps ss 10x75
                          20x5pps ss 10x65
                          20x5pps ss 10x65

                          On leg press, I failed at 15 reps on the last 2 sets. Had some help to finish.

                          Squats ss leg curls
                          15x135 ss 10x65
                          10x185 ss 10x75
                          10x225 ss 10x75

                          Crazy stupid ass fucking pump in my quads. And through up some at the gym and then some on my front steps.
