Really good thanks, Friday off work as it's a Public Holiday here. So just spending quality time with the whanau. Easy/light training week so that's actually been a refreshing change lol. Hey how did the business do that I voted for a few months back, did it end up winning anything?

Went in yesterday and did a few chest exercises flat db and hammer flat. Shoulder feels better but not great. Probably a onther week at least. My legs are still sore from Thursday though. No training today. Work is going to kick my ass cuz we are operating on a skeleton crew as is and I got 3 guys out today and tomorrow. Both their wife's having surgery. One C section other a hernia. Boss took the week off....Not Everything. Not Yet.

Hey J:
Hopefully you don't get a hernia from all your hard work.
Best exercises I ever did for shoulder were these two rotator cuff exercises:
1. Standing upright, light dumbbells in military press lowered position, rotate the dumbbells to the front, until your forearms are parallel to the ground, then raise them back up. Your elbows should stay in the same plane, rotating as you lower the dumbbells.
2. lying on your side, with your upper arm against your torso, a light dumbbell in your hand, lower and raise the dumbbell so your forearm goes from parallel to the ground, down to 45 degrees, then back again.
I did these with very light dumbbells and over the course of a couple of months, all my shoulder problems disappeared and have not returned a year later.

I do those with rubber bands, Woods. Every upper body day. Great moves. What's getting me is for example flat DB bench- the transition from negative to positive. That split second is what kills. Don't know about back day. Haven't even tried. Also, putting my right arm up in the position of bottom ROM of military press. Which makes me think it's some kind of impingement. Swollen tissue in there getting crushed more. You know? Not Everything. Not Yet.

Have you talked to a doctor or physical therapist about it? If you don't have a tear, and it is just swelling, maybe a cortisone shot would help?
If you want to self medicate, I have had very good luck with BPC 156 and TB-400 peptides. My elbows (both sides) were inflamed with tennis elbow, the tendons and joints being very sore, and using those peptides, the swelling went away over several weeks and has not returned months later.

Hey Woods, thanks for the suggestions. I know what the problem is and it is getting better. I spend some time working in a PT clinic and I know what I need to do. That was one of the greatest jobs I've had. Learned a lot about how to handle injuries. Just happens that what the chiro and DRs said about my back didn't help.
SVT. Things are good. READY to get back to training. I'm going to start that diet here I think pretty soon. Simple enough. Might even build some muscle off of it. Thanks again. And after I sent you that text I was all "Duh. Use your brain!". LolNot Everything. Not Yet.
