    • Did back yesterday. Did chins, pulldowns, cable rows, variation of a pulldowns and cable row. Every rep was held for a long contraction. Kept reps to 12-8. Obviously low weights. NO SHOULDER PAIN. Pretty stoked about that.

                Cuz it was my first leg day in almost a month. I was sore for sure. Thursday is leg day. So fuck yeah. And 2013 will be a great year.

                • Yesterday I spend 10 hours bent over cutting metal with a chop saw out in 20 degree weather while it snowed. I didn't puss out of leg day but my leg days wasn't legendary.
