Did back yesterday. Did chins, pulldowns, cable rows, variation of a pulldowns and cable row. Every rep was held for a long contraction. Kept reps to 12-8. Obviously low weights. NO SHOULDER PAIN. Pretty stoked about that.Not Everything. Not Yet.
