      • Well I was posting from a htc tyton 2. My kids both got one for upgrades. I was just seeing if I like it. Just seeing how it handled MD But work gave me a new iPhone.

          • I like free phones I don't have to pay for, for sure. I still have personal phone- iphone3 It does what I need. Never really needed a new one but I'm ready for a change now. I'm posting from my iphone3. I haven't even updated it in over a year. Why bother?

                      • The upper back soreness I would wager is actually your traps sore from the pulling and the shrugs. You should feel the deads morei n your hams/glutes and lower back/erectors (at least that is where I usually feel them). Way to go J!

                          love those deadlift shrugs, that's a taxing exercise to be sure, started doing those a while back after watching
                          a J Meadows training video.

                                Probably because we don't do them enough, our body doesn't recognise it as part of the 'normal' training.
