                            Yeah I do. However, Right now I can't do shoulder presses because my shoulder is little fucked. And I am supposed to do rear delts on back day but I keep forgetting to do them, so thats on me. If you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate them.

                            My front delts really take over when I incline presses. That is the only time I can remember my front delts being sore, after heavy incline barbell presses. I am really enjoying do shoulders before chest. And I can see the results. They are coming on quickly.

                              I think this shit is fucking nasty. I can't get over the look of the food. It smells great. Everything my wife cooks is amazing but this... this I can't handle.
