Well it turns out that I didn't get the promotion. Apparently I was on an interim basis. But I think it worked out for the best. Instead of being the Facilities and Operations Supervisor, I am the Yard Foreman. Which is fine with me. Much less paper work and more physical work. The guy that replaced me is very cool. 5 years older than me and blue collar.

It the most part. I might not have been ready for the F/O Supervisor position then that would have lead me to fail. Maybe in a few years when my boss moves on. The biggest draw back is the pay i missed out on.

Yeah I took a pic about a week in or maybe two weeks in. I haven't mailed it from my phone to myself yet, though. And I am gonna have to edit it before I post it. . .

I'm still training and dieting and am down nearly 20lbs in a month!
