        • Thank you!!! Pushing like hell. I only have a few more weeks till I got to start cutting and will probably not be able to make anymore gains so I got to make these last sessions count. Maybe not "No more gains" probably like "very little gains."

              • I am not longer 242 pounds and I need to stop trying to push the weight that I used to be able to at that weight and focus on what I can do now.

                  • I went back at 4pm and hit chest again. The right way. Super pumped but couldnt go heavier than 175 on my incline and 45's on dumbbell flat.

                      I went light on my Bar rows cuz normally my back hurts when I do them and I never do them with a good squeeze. I just go through the motions with heavy weight. today I did the opposite and got a super pump.
