Dumb Bench with slight incline 12x70 10x80 8x90 3x100

Close grip bench- light weight and held the flex for a while. 2 sets
stretched.
Lately everything has been hurting. Both shoulders. Right elbow and wrist. Right forearm. lower back and Right knee. So, I am not going to the gym for a while- probably Saturday.
My plan is to take some time off and heal up and eat high cal food until Friday when Vinny drops the Hammer on me and my diet. Hoping the high cal food will speed up the healling process.Not Everything. Not Yet.

Hell yeah that would be fun. I was feeling shitty that day too. My joints have been killin me especially my shoulder. So I was taking it a little easy. If you are ever in Washington...
I got my 12 week diet today. I start tomorrow. I am so stoked.
