            • Wake up" 16oz water, fat burner
              25 mins cardio- easy cardio

              meal 1 6 oz egg white
              1 scoop when
              1/2 cup oatmeal
              1 banana
              3 prunes
              1 multi
              1 tribulus

              Meal 2 5 oz Buffalo or Lean Ground Sirloin
              1/2 Cup Brown Rice
              1/2 Cup Spinach

              60Min after meal 2: 1 serving L Arginine+ 1 serving Glutamine

              Preworkout 1 scoop Pre Workout Drink (optional)

              INtra workout 1 serving BCAA's

              Postworkout 1 scoop Whey Isolate mixed with Darkmatter

              30 mins after Post workout Meal 3

              Meal 3 6 oz egg whites***DRINK***
              1/2 Cup Brown Rice
              Fat Burner

              60 min later- 1 servingb Tribulus

              Meal 4
              8oz Tilapia

                I have been dieting for months. In september of 09 I was alot heavier. I hit 242lbs at some point. Ah those were the days. Much stronger

                  • Alot on my Chest. I could Incline 225 for 8 or 9 now its about 4. Well before I started my New diet it was 4. Who knows now. I could do 185 18 times but now I struggle to get 12.

                    Dumb Military I could do the 70's for 12 now the 60's for 12. Those are the ones with the biggest difference.

                      • The last few days, I am been shakey. Big time. and since sunday I have been super bloated. Painfully bloated sometimes.
                        Yesterday legs

                        Extension 12x150 12x172 10x189 10x200(stack)
                        Front squats 12x95lbsx 4 sets-killer pump
                        50 knee bends. - the leg press was buggin
                        Walking lunges 3x50lbs x30 steps
                        lying leg curls 3x12x75lbs

                            I feel crappy all day long. Bloated all day. I have like 30 second farts. Low on strength
                            I have been on this diet since the 31st.

                            Drinking egg whites is like drinking 1 big cold Lugi. Big cup of snot.

                              That's badass bro! Do you drink them because you like to or because it is recommended as part of your prep?

                              Are you taking a lot of fibre?

                              30 second farts are awesome for clearing a room. You can wink at people as your doing it and let them know you're proud of your ass gas.

                              How many weeks out are you now?

                              How many grams of carbs are you getting from the brown rice and banana?

                              I did not seen any other substanical carb sources in the diet, am I wrong?

                              What are the numbers on this bad boy?

                              • I am supposed to drink them. I am not taking fiber but I am getting alot from my veggies! 11 weeks out.
                                I dont know my macros. I dont have them yet. I am getting tomorrow from Vinny.

                                Personally, I think we waited to long to start cutting fat. I am not sure this diet is going to work. I am extremely Hypoglycemic. I will be diabetic when I am older. Not because I eat shitty, I will be type 2. I think this diet is not enough food for me. And the meals are spread out to far. These are things that I need to discuss with Vinny tomorrow on the phone.
