  • I have trained arms and shoulders the last few days. Just didn't put them down here. My arm day was freaking insane. and shoulders was freaking lame.

                Today was the first day in over a month that I have been able to do bar rows. I didn't really push it today. No energy. Tomorrow I have a appointment with my chiropractor to get my back worked on. I am stoked for this.

                      • the chiro said I should be good in about 2 more visits. I feel good right now man. Too bad I didn't think about going sooner. He said that if I had gone to see him sooner I would have cut my recovery time in half. I am 6 weeks postTHISinjury. FUCK!
