225 on the Romans and I didnt go heavy on Leg press this week but i had either 12 or 14 plates on 2-3 weeks ago. I would have to go back and find it. Yesterday I focused on dropsets so...Not Everything. Not Yet.

Motivation to train has been really down. No energy. I think it is the diet. The baseline diet screwed me up. If I eat less food I have more energy. I've even gained 5 lbs but have lost energy drive and strength. Whatever. I'm going to put together a Better plan for diet cardio and training. Maybe I'm over training. Who knows. I'll figure it out. I'll figure it out when I get done doing this stupid errand I gotta run.Not Everything. Not Yet.
