                        • Motivation to train has been really down. No energy. I think it is the diet. The baseline diet screwed me up. If I eat less food I have more energy. I've even gained 5 lbs but have lost energy drive and strength. Whatever. I'm going to put together a Better plan for diet cardio and training. Maybe I'm over training. Who knows. I'll figure it out. I'll figure it out when I get done doing this stupid errand I gotta run.

                              I was not real strong on this workout but I did hit 205 for the first time since June 3rd when I hurt my back, which is cool.
