          I think having the weekend to do absolutely nothing was exactly what I needed. I didn't do shit all weekend. For the last two weeks I had to workout every week day. That was just how my schedule worked out. I freaking tore it up today. YeYeah

                Ha, thats happened to me many a times. Sorry, I havent stopped in much. With an increase in work, I barely get 30 minutes/day on here. Hope everything is going well, let me know if you have questions about anything.

                    Yup sometimes that 2 days off is perfect mentally & physically.

                    Killer PR, loving it!....what's ur max on incline? I'm guessing close to 300?

                        I don't know what my max is. I try to keep my reps above 6 all the time. If I go below that then I don't feel my muscles working. Only my joints.

                        But let's call it 300 anyway cuz that sounds cool!

                          A 300lb incline press would not be pretty for me right now.

                          I could probably flat press 300 for 1 at the moment though.

                          I miss inclines.
