Lateral raises
Lots of slow pulldowns
Pec deck
Lots of pushdowns
Dumbbell Curls
Inverted rows
Stretch
And I do a few warm up sets before I start my working sets. I am always warmed up. I do not rush my warm up anymore like when I was younger.
I do all these on all upper body days. I have found through Trial and Error that these work. You gave me the Inverted rows. I can't do the rotation in the picture because all the "rocks" in my shoulder grind and pop through that motion.
