      • Better to take the day off then make a weak attempt at a half-assed session I always say. If you can' give 110% it's just not worth it and usually injuries occur when doing less then 110%.

                  Flat Dumb Press 70x6 80x6 110x3 PR cuz I have never tried to press more than the 100's-- I thought I could have got 5.

                  Ran out of time. I was going to do Calves and Abs. I should have been doing Chest-Calves chest calves chest calves but I failed....

                        I like them alot. I used to do them religously a while ago and I just got away from doing them and forgot about them until Tjoe said something about them last week.

                        Thanks guys. I have been training in the 10-12 reps range for a while now and wanted to do something different. LOWER THE REPS. 6-8 mostly. I was suprized I got the 110's I was going to do the 100's but then I saw the 110's and was all "FUCK IT, I'M DOING THOSE BITCHES". I should have done the 100's because 3 reps means nothing to me.

                            • I actually think I might do some pause work again soon. Seemed really effective for me. I just need to figure out how I'm gonna program it so it doesn't blow up my shoulders.
