Thanks man. I am glad that I have one on a web site so people can see it. I have to be accountable now. And I have posted pics of my self in shitty condition. So now people know it and it makes me want to workout harder, do more cardio and diet harder!! I'm excited for the extra motivation!! Thanks for checking it out and feel free to post whatever and whenever.

If squats are out, what do you usually do instead? I've got bad knees here, so I have to modify some things around that.

I had a good quad workout today though.
Warmed up alot on the leg extension then hit the leg press
          nice and slow reps.
Leg Press 12x4 plates 12x5 plates. 12x5 and a quater.
          Extensions 12x112, 12x112, 12x137
Lying leg curls I could only do 1 set 12x85
          Donkey calf raise 3x15reps@225
          Seated calf raise 15x105

I know I need to do more sets on everything sence I'm limited to what I can do. I am working up to it.
          Pics from today.
I would bet you can do more than 5 plates a side on the leg press. Legs suck to train just because of how much weight you can aactually move! I never would have thought I could leg press 1000lbs, but I did. You are a big guy, good solid build, since you cannot do a lot of different movements, really kisk the shit out of yourself on the few you can do. I bet you will surprise yourself when you do 6, 7, 8 plates and the only reason you are not now is because you didn't try. You can do it, and if not today, you will tommorrow.

You need more hammies reps/sets than that! I understand that doing hams sucks after leg press or squats, maybe try them before you leg press or after calves, either way, 1 set is not enough.

I am not blasting yopu, I hope it does come off that way. I hope you improve, I beleive you want to, thus my suggestions and time.

Keep at it! You have a show in 47 weeks!!!

Alot of us are working around things; injuries, health issues, etc. but we all find ways to make it work. I know you'll get it done! Have you ever used the stepmill on a slow pace, skipping every other step and really squeezing the mucles hard on the active leg? There's a woman with scoliosis in one of my gyms who can't squat, but does this with the leg press and other thing to blast her legs. I can tell you that it works just by looking at her. I have to be careful with my knees so only do either the last 30% of the lift on the leg extension or do step ups on an aux bench carrying dumbbells to get the same motion for my quads. Train smart is the only way to go when you've an injury.

Yukon, I can do more than 5 platesI can do 8 and a quater for 8 reps. but today I wasn't going to. My back wasn't going to have it. I know it sounds like my using that as an excuse or something, but I was listening to my body today. I really want to overcome this bullshit, you know?

I will take your advice and do hams first. I know that one set is not enough. And dont worry about sounded like your bashing me. I know you aren't. Only bitches spend time to type insults over the internet. Internet tuff guys.

No I have never tired that. We dont have a step mil at the gym. We just have a regular stairstepper.

Thats what I want to hear, 8 plates!

You have to listen to your body, it's better than listening to a doctor!

You have the right attitude, just push and pull as much iron as your body will allow, then push a little more.

Too bad you don't have the stepmill. They're good for a lot of things. Great pics! My husband is allergic to fur, so we have Sitka. He's a 2 year old, 65 gram, male leopard gecko. Technically he's "my" boy, but Jason does love to play with him.
