                          • Switching up my carb cycle a bit. Today was low carb. Tomorrow will be high carb (power upper body workout), tuesday low carb (power low body), wednesday will be low(off day), thursday will be high (hyper chest/arms--chest weak area for me), friday will be low (hyper shoulders/back), Saturday will be medium carbs (cardio), Sunday will be low (off)
