                Clean and presses
                75lbs x 20 seconds, rest 10 for a total of 8 rounds.

                DB SL DL's to a row
                30s x 20 seconds, rest 10. 8 rounds.

                Pushups
                x 20 seconds, rest 10. 8 rounds

                Weighted corkscrews
                25lbs x 20 secs, 10 secs rest. 8 rounds.

                          Ya, it's pretty rough. Lactic acid build-up is very apparent. Really tests muscle endurance. Great cardio too.

                          Ya...I'm interested to see this as well. I am doing 2 days tabata, 2 days normal anabolic weight training--with the squats, deads, presses etc (which i will be doing tomorrow-9/14). Obviously I want my numbers to go up on these days. I really wanted to do the tabatas for the cardio and fat loss effect. A big reason why it's important to keep a training log--hopefully my reps/weight steadily go up, which I will be tracking. Also, with the 20 rep squats, usually my lungs give out before my legs do, so hopefully the tabata gives me a bit more cardio endurance. I'm 208 lbs right now at about 14% fat--the goal is to get to 210-215 at 12-14% by the end of October.

                          • Saw this yesterday in the Eagles v Packers game. Clay matthews is a freak. Watch him take on this 300 lb lineman and then blast Kevin Kolb. I saw some combine vids of this guy too. Crazy. Same with Brian Cushing, even though he got busted for HCG--ridiculous speed and power. USC had a great LB crew that year with those two and Rey Maualuga. I hate USC too, but these guys are freaks. Matthews was a 220 lb walk-on a freshman too. Shows what hardwork will get you---4 years later he's a first round draft pick.

                                Straight up BB squats. Funny you ask about tempo--because I actually do have a tempo. I take 3 breaths in between each rep.
