  • Could you do that with a pressure cooker? I don't know anything about crock pots or pressure cookers, but my wife has both.

    • I dont know anything about a pressure cooker, so not sure. but the crock pot is easy. put everything in there, put on low or high and walk away. cant get easier than that.

      • Awesome work in here! That recipe sounds delicious as well. I don't trust my roommates enough to leave a crockpot sitting out. You should see all the people on campus today for the involvement fair...it's fucking ridiculous.

              Ran out of time today. Friday we'll concentrate on lats, arms, and shoulders for upper body.

                Yeah, it's insane isn't it? I had to work a booth for a nutrition club and it's sweet because most nutrition majors are women. Did you say your brother works for Abott?

                Awesome workout too. I love DB pullovers...need to throw them in again soon.

                  • Man, i'm digging your training mentality. The walks/sprints are pretty similar to some of the stuff I do for track, good shit. Lifts are looking great too, good job on rack deads bruv

                        ya, basically. maybe not even below knee cap. anything below your knees and youre using legs. I think im probably going right above knees. Just trying to isolate my back.

                          DB snatches
                          45lbs x 4 rounds/side


                          DB lunge to curls
                          25lbs x 8 rounds

                          Narrow pushups
                          8 rounds

                          High cable woodchops
                          90lb x 4 rounds/side

                          Noticing much better cardio performance since starting these. Rest times between exercises has decreased considerably.

                              Question: Was Anatomy 199 pretty manageable while taking other courses? Easy to keep on top of the reading and labs?

                              • Thanks zyklon. I like the change of pace of the tabata. Just something different to do during the week, plus I like the added cardio benefit.

                                BBoy-Anat 199 was very straight forward. I don't remember ever having an issue keeping up with it. You seem to know a bit about anatomy anyway. Readings and labs never seemed too much to handle. It's all memorization. Guess it all depends on how many hours and what classes you are taking though/
