Could you do that with a pressure cooker? I don't know anything about crock pots or pressure cookers, but my wife has both.

Thanks zyklon. I like the change of pace of the tabata. Just something different to do during the week, plus I like the added cardio benefit.
BBoy-Anat 199 was very straight forward. I don't remember ever having an issue keeping up with it. You seem to know a bit about anatomy anyway. Readings and labs never seemed too much to handle. It's all memorization. Guess it all depends on how many hours and what classes you are taking though/"JRG, you've got a feminine face and the balls....you're okay in my book."
