not interested in becoming an R.D.? If I was single and didnt have family in the state, I would go for it. Kinesiology/exercise science/physiology is all interesting fun stuff---I think it could turn into a job you enjoy going to everyday. I always told myself, even though I am perfectly satisfied with my degree and profession, that if I had to do it all over again, I would do an exercise science undergrad and then go to P.T school afterwards. Good luck with whatever you choose, you are a prime canidate for it."JRG, you've got a feminine face and the balls....you're okay in my book."

Yea...I like the SH shock exercise!
Curious JRG...when you do HS SH Press...where/how do you position yourself?
I've been trying to play around with that exericse and felt you should get it where you starting position is where you arms are down all the way (like they would be at the end/bottom of doing DB SH press), feet on flour, and hands spaced on handles so they perpenducilar to the floor.My Journal:
