alrighty....after much harassment from Yukon Crazy (just kidding) these past few days, i finally decided to start one of these..
i've always kept a training journal in the form of a notebook but i've since given that away to one of my younger cousins who is trying to get into weightlifting..i figured he could use more than i could now..
So a little about me first, yeah?
where do i begin???? well, for starters, my name is Ray. I live in Las Vegas, NV and i'm currently a full time student at UNLV awaiting my final semester of college.. I plan on graduating after the spring 2010 semester is over. I'm pursuing a bachelors in Hotel Management.
I'm 5'10", about 220-225 lbs (carrying a little more body fat that i'd like to admit thanks to the holiday season and a stressful fall semester) and i'm Filipino. I've been training since July of 2007 and i've been loving every minute of it.

quads & calves
hams & biceps
chest & calves
back & traps
i usually work out from sun-thurs or mon-fri depending on whats going on in the week..
