    • FUCKING RAY I DID CHEST TODAY TOO!!!! LOL I didnt go to nuts found some shit about some folks i know had me upset i did spot some of the boys after i was done my buddy who weighs 150-160lbs hit a 345lb bench today, then i helped another guy do 315lb incline barbell presses for 7 reps fucking beast!! I dont use spotters either why when i had 310 1 guy i know asked if i need a spot i said no he said damn big boy lol.

        OMG what is this shit? haha thats so crazy. are you doing back next? i'm probably not gonna train tomorrow, but i'll be hitting back on wednesday.

        it must be motivating to be training in your gym.. everyone at my 24 hr fitness sucks ass..

        i would love to see dudes put up 300+ on the bench on a regular basis.

        • LOL I was going to do either back or triceps today or wednesday wasnt sure which one. Oh sometimes 1 guy i know there works his way up to over 400lb benches raw, fuck the dude i spotted on the incline he did a flat bench with 315lb for like 10-12 its weird theres like 6-10 of us at a time in a big ass group just spotting or busting each others balls at end of workouts i usually head over an spot towards the end of my workouts an inbetween sets. We do have some skinny little guys there but most of the guys I talk are either powerlifting/bodybuilders/or just trying to get stronger an its not just that i sort of just only talk to them i mean i will talk to anyone i guess we just sorta know them an i we dont like to be really fucked with an were there to train lol.

                    The smith flat press is a great way to keep that tension on the chest! i love it.. that and i'm not so comfortable doing it free weight without a spotter

                    the smith is a great confidence booster when alone.

                    and yes, you noticed the variety. i'm implementing more volume and sets this time around as opposed to the low volume, powerlifting style that i've been doing all summer.

                    thanks man. they are a pain in the ass to get up, but yesterday i was in the fucking zone. I got those fuckers up no problem.

                    tomorrow though i'll hit back and biceps.
