              being strong has always been kinda a goal for me. sometimes i think whats the point in having muscles if you cant do anything with them?

                  man, it was a fucking horrible experience trying to shit this morning. i almost didnt wanna get up...but then my hip started cramping.

                  thats how i gauge a proper leg workout.

                  i just ate some oats and pb and i'm gonna head to my gf's house and train at the 24 on her side of town.

                  gonna hit some arms today.. maybe even hit some swimming for cardio.

                    • I actually played some tennis (no homo) last night for some cardio.

                      surprisingly it wasnt that bad last night at 8 pm. usually its like 100 something still and with dry heat.. but there was a nice breeze and it was great for once.

                      the session wasnt really crazy and intense, but chasing around that little green ball gets you worked up.. but then again, i love chasing around balls (homo)

                      I was sweating something fierce after the session.

                      training back tomorrow! i'm planning on a deload week due to the heavier lifting i did this week.

                            thanks! i normally dont hit arms too hard b/c they get worked pretty well with chest and back, so i just top them off at the end of the week.. but this week, they felt good, so I gave them some shock treatment!

                            well, thats a lie.. i actually talked to her once. i was at the cable station, and there was a rope attachment next to where she was working out. i needed to use that rope attachment so it went like this:
