            the reason i did bi's was : they are a weak point, and they were getting pumped from the negatives on skull crushers and underhand extensions.

                  I think it was to fix problems and update the software.

                  I like the new titles, more in tune with bodybuilding esp. since there isnt a Muscle Mob anymore...and where the fuck did our avis go?

                  I got an extreme amount of DOMS myself all over the place from my workout yesterday. I need to start using a foam roller or something.

                              Yeah dude! i normally dont do them that much either.. I just started doing them the past 2 workouts and I seriously fell in love with them again.
