    here i am roughly 85 weeks from stepping on stage for the first time, lots of work ahead
    as of today

    bi's flexed 17 1/4
    quads flexed 25
    calves flexed 17

    really busy at work this week, stayed with eating pplan 5 of 7 days, only did cardio twice, along with weights, this weeks goals:, stick to meal plan everyday, am cardio on monday wed fri and sat, weights mon night, wed night and friday

        i hurt my shoulder playing baseball with friends, gonna spend the next few weeks focusing on legs
        monday---hams
        tuesday--quads
        wednesday-calves

        have to see how i feel either start again on fri or sat

          eating a little sparatic
          but mostly on plan

          dropped 1 inch off my waist and lost 4 lbs
          energy levels are great, only 1 day to my cheat meal
