    Hey everyone,

    First i'll introduce myself.. My names Doug, i'm 19 and live in LI, NY.

    I'm new to the MD boards, and have been training hard since Feb of 2010. Ever since I began to train, I just loved the feeling of walking out that door, feeling accomplished. I put in the work, now it's up to my body to recover and grow. I really didn't know how to lift when i started out, and i tweaked my shoulder forcing me to take the month of April completely off. However, this time let me learn and do some research, which is where i discovered bodybuilding. I definitely got "bitten by the bug", and I literally think about training all the time. Just today i was thinking of how much weight i will be able to put up on BB rows and I was called on my the teacher causing me to come back to earth. Im always looking for ways to be better, so all advice is greatly appreciated. Diet is getting better.. i don't eat by schedule yet, but rather when i feel hungry, foods that are high in protein.. Since Feb, i put about 10-13 pounds of lean muscle.. im 5 '9" 183 and about 15% bf, according to my scale..Bulking since May looking to get to about 220 before next summer.. Anyway i'll begin by posting my back workout from earlier.. looking forward to learn and become the strongest mofo in the gym

    All are in order:

    3 sets of 10 WG chin ups to warm up

    UH BB rows: 1 x 10 @ 185, 2 x 10 @ 205
    *205 was much easier than last week.. took a rest and banged out 2 more slow reps

    Deadlifts: 2 sets of 10 @ 225, 1 x 8 @ 275

    BO DB rows: 2 sets of 10 @ 90lb DBs, last set i jumped to the 100s for 10
    *using the 100s was my first time, all with strict form.. getting stronger!

    Cable Rows: 2 x 10 @ 160, 1 x 10 @ 170.. was tired as shit by this point

    HS trap shrug thing: 1 x 10 @ 360, 1 x 10 @ 380, 1 x 10 @ 390

    This is my boy Doug right here, nig trains hard, we get workouts in from time to time.

                Yeah I am a little jealous you and Ray are getting some sessions in Olympia weekend, wish I could have went, looking forward to the deadlift challenge as well.

                          WH is one of the few big name clubs in NYC that I never went to. I have a couple of the WH cd's though from like 10-12 years ago.

                            haha and I am nowhere close to being as strong as Austin.
