    Ever do it? I found I didn't grow dramatically until I did. I know that both Alvisi and Kuclo have been doing it with success; seems to be coming back.

    I don't always do it, but if I do, I generally do these:

    1. Arms - AM bi, PM tri
    2. Legs - AM Ham/Calves, PM Quads
    3. Chest/Back

    Chest/Back almost impossible. I'll rarely do it unless I have a day off after. I do like to do 2 body parts per day, and just find I can't do it properly all at once.

    I tried it for a while but just found myself feeling burned out after a few weeks. Was fun while it lasted. lol

      man with work and other responsibilities it's hard enough to get to the gym once a day

      that, and do really pull this off you kinda almost HAVE to be on some "supplements"
      I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's nobody I'd rather be, than me.
