    Please critique this split. Main goal right now is fat loss so training hard to keep as much lean muscle as possible. Not on a super restricted diet (calorie wise) as I like to "burn" more calories rather than cut calorie intake too low.

    UPPER WORKOUT A

    Flat bench press - 3 x 6-10
    Incline bench press - 3 x 6-10
    Barbell Rows - 3 x 6-10
    WG Pulldowns - 3 x 6-10
    DB shoulder press - 2 x 6-10
    Side laterals - 2 x 10-12
    Skull Crushers - 3 x 6-10

    UPPER WORKOUT B

    Flat bench press - 3 x 8-12
    Decline bench press - 3 x 8-12
    Dumbell Rows - 3 x 8-12
    Underhand grip pulldowns - 3 x 8-12
    close grip bench press - 3 x 8-12
    dumbell shoulder press - 2 x 8-12
    reverse flyes - 2 x 8-12

    LOWER WORKOUT A

    Squats - 3 x 6-10
    SLDL - 3 x 6-10
    Leg press - 3 x 6-10
    Lying hamstring curl - 3 x 6-10
    Single leg extensions - 3 x 6-10
    Calf raises - 3 x 6-10
    Barbell curl - 3 x 6-10

    LOWER WORKOUT B
