Iam very interested in using your training techniques in 5 weeks when my comp is over. My question is I currently do low volume HIT and was wondering if I can work backwards with your system? start more reps and use the 4-6 as the last phase. Thx in advance.

How does this split look to you? I am thinking about hitting tri's/shoulders together and doing hams with biceps but this is what I am using for this week. Still high volume if that makes a difference to how I pair the muscle groups up?
Day 1.) Chest
Day 2.)Back
Day 3.) Off
Day 4.)Legs
Day 5.)Shoulders
Day 6.)Arms
Day 7.)Off
