                • What are your feelings on r-ALA vs. ALA, are either worthwhile. Im 18, nutrition is on point, my diet is moderate protein, high carb, moderate fat.

                    Iam very interested in using your training techniques in 5 weeks when my comp is over. My question is I currently do low volume HIT and was wondering if I can work backwards with your system? start more reps and use the 4-6 as the last phase. Thx in advance.

                    • hello!!! iam training very hard but i dont see any results. i just bought 2 products anabolic pump and plasma jet. if u can give a body builders routine with his exact exersizes reps sets all that stuff, ide really ow u 1

                        I never found anything too magical about ALA or R-ALA, although it is a solid antioxidant and insulin potentiator. However, at your age you should have no problem metabolizing your carbs.

                          Look into my POWER, REP RANGE, SHOCK method in the training forum for a solid program that will get you results.

                            With FDFS the idea is to damage the muscle fibers than begin the healing process by filling the muscle with nutrient rich blood. Doing heavy work at the end would defeat this purpose.

                              • How does this split look to you? I am thinking about hitting tri's/shoulders together and doing hams with biceps but this is what I am using for this week. Still high volume if that makes a difference to how I pair the muscle groups up?
