Optimum Training!
I am 45. Will be 46 in feb.
I have NEVER used my age as a factor for anything, but I have to be realistic about growth and recovery for BB'ers that fall into the masters catagories.
Should training be approached differently?
I've gone back and fourth training muscle groups twice a week, and once a week. I seem to respond pretty well to either.
I've have also worked 2 and 3 muscle groups at a time. I've seen benefits from both of those as well.
However, I feel like I would benefit more from working once muscle group per day, and only once per week.
My nutrition and supplementation are in order. I feel like if I can go to the gym, and really plow one muscle group and not worry about having energy for another group would be of more benefit to me....
What you are thoughts..????
Thanks in advance..

I hope Eric doesn't mind me responding here, but by eating carbs at those times (timed carb intake), you can insure proper carb usage. You will have much less of a chance of storing carbs as fat and utilizing them properly. This can allow for some very nice gains in a bulk, while allowing you to stay relatively lean.
In the other meals, I'm sure Eric supplements his protein with fibrous vegetables like spinach and asparagus along with EFA's from almonds or mixed oils.
