          Great advice for anyone.

Coach, could the reverse here also happen?

Meaning, once the CNS has stalled, it can actually cause fat accumalation once the cortisol levels are too high!??

What amount do you recommend on both training and non-training days? (I'm assuming breakfast & post workout are best times)
3-4 grams if using regular powdered or encapsuled BA.

Critique away because i'm willing to try different things if i can keep with this program. Like i said, I do like it - it just hurts!

Well, my feeling is that if you use this slow tempo for the eccentrics, not only will you be forced to use less weight, but you will also utilize more muscular force, which will both take a lot of strain off of the joints.

What are your thoughts on a KETO diet? Not really the Palumbo type, but a regular keto.

Have you ever coached anyone using this approach?

Look at Erics "No Juice Bodybuilding" column in the June or July issue of MD. He explains his rational behind naturals using Keto diets and the metabolic/physiolgoc reasons for why he feels that way.

Made it very clear to me where he stands and I have to agree with him 100% myself.

                          • Eric, do you think a cup of coffee (150mg caffeine worth) along with 500mg GTE is ok to take before doing my morning cardio sessions (30 mins LISS) as a pick me up/energy boost?

I dont want to put any major or even mild amounts of stims in my system right now as I have been a easy target for CNS fatigue from training alone in the past. I just need to have that kick to get my ass up and out the door and down to the gym (albeit 2 miles away!) Not looking for any thermogenic effect either so thats negligible.

                              Is there an online version?
