That is about right unless you need to focus more on one area.

Hey Eric, nice to see this thread still going
What's your opinion on building muscle and strength without eating meat? Do you believe vegetarians/vegans to be at a disadvantage through things like raising testosterone by eating red meat, base creatine levels etc? Would you stress any different approaches with caloric intake, macros, protein shakes and/or supplements? Thanks in advance JIM.

I'm still in Week 1 (power) and I see that everything is 3-4sec negatives. My question is this, I see a lot of people using side laterals still and with a 3-4sec negative I think that the weight used would be extremely hard to preform while still trying to use heavy weight(power). I plan on doing seated db presses, side laterals or upright rows and reverse pec deckThough the pain may come over you, never let it overcome you.

I feel vegetarians should supplement with creatine and plenty of BCAA's.

what's up eric...this is ronnie from NC...we met when you judged my first show...NGA greensboro, nc....quick question...i'm offseason right now and keeping my bf under 13%....any suggestions on macros??...i realize natty shows aren't all about playing the size game...i've been winning shows but haven't won my pro card...always look to a much smaller guy that's a little tighter (even though i'm WAY bigger)...i'm running around 350g protein, 300g carbs, and 75g of fats a day..mostly from chicken and oats/brown rice..i know you aren't my trainer and you don't know my metabolism...i really need to bring up my legs and keep bringing up my back....i dont wanna keep my levels too low and try to worry about staying shredded in the offseason because it will be harder to grow...what were your macros like while you were trying to add size?...thanks man and i hope you're well! God bless

Idk why but im finding this hard to wrap my mind around lol. So am I pausing halfway through the movement? An example would be much appreciated. Sorry for tall the questions
Second # = midpoint/stretch position
Third # = positive contraction
Fourth # = hold peak contraction of movement (like top of leg extension or cable curl or pec deck flye)
So a 2/1/2/1 means lower weight in 2 seconds...hold midpoint/stretch for 1 second...raise weight in 2 seconds...hold peak contraction for 1 second.
Cool?

After 3.5 years representing All American EFX, Eric Broser, made the difficult decision to leave and begin a new venture representing PNI as their main athlete, writer, model and "guru." Eric is very quick to point out that he and EFX part on extremely amicable terms and will continue to fully support, and wish each other all the very best in the future. "EFX has been and always will be an amazing company run by some of the most honest, hard-working, and talented people in the industry," says Eric. "Everything I ever said about EFX and their products still holds true, so please note that me leaving only represents my need to pursue greater personal opportunities and does not in any way diminish how proud I am to have worked with them for the last few years."
Premium Nutraceuticals International is a company that is about to take the sports nutrition industry by storm, with some of the most innovative and effective products to ever hit the market. They are a "forward-thinking, how can we do it better" type of company that is truly looking to bridge the gap between performance-enhancing drugs and effective, safe, maximum-results-producing natural supplementation. According to PNI CEO, Chad Brooks, "We are not happy designing supplements that are as 'just good as anything out there!' No, PNI is all about raising the bar and blazing a trail that everyone else will have to work extra hard to keep up with!" Chad also adds, "We are thrilled about having Eric Broser on board with us, and feel he is the final piece of the puzzle that will push us towards #1 in the sports supplements industry. We could not think of a more professional, inspirational, knowledgable and well-liked athlete to be the face of our brand. In fact, we have also made a deal with Eric to produce his own array of products exclusively under the 'BROSER BUILT' name that will augment the PNI supplement line! Eric is putting his vision and ideas (based on his 20+ years as a top expert in every facet of this industry) behind every product, while we make sure they are manufactured with the finest raw materials and highest quality care available anywhere in the world."
Currently there are four incredible products available from PNI - THERMADEX (Extreme Lipolytic Stimulant); PRODIGY (Pre-workout intensity igniter); D-TEST (Natural Testosterone Supporter); and PARAGON (Highly potent testosterone booster, estrogen/SHBG destroyer, ideal PCT)...with several more almost ready for release. "I want to say a sincere thank you to everyone that has supported me all of these years, and it is my hope that you will continue to do so as I start my new 'adventure' with PNI/Broser-Built. You can rest assured that this is a move forward for me in my blessed career and that I only get behind those that share my own level of passion for helping people get the best possible results from their hard work in the gym. I only align myself with companies dedicated to putting out the highest quality products and providing the best possible service for their customers, and these are the things that Premium Nutraceuticals International represent! You guys know what I have been saying for many years: 'Complacency is the enemy of Progress and There is always another level!!' Are you as ready as I am to PROGRESS to that next LEVEL?" -- Eric Broser
