Now that I've done 2 Rep Range workouts this week, I have found that all my weights have increased by a bunch. On weighted dips yesterday I increased my weight by 25lb and had great control during the whole set. That's just one example of the progress. Oh yeah and this was done about 2 weeks after I decided to stop using Halodrol LG. So no excuses there.Assistant to the regional manager.

Eric has me on a new training sysytem he has recently developed and the results have been amazing.I have actually put on muscle while dieting for my contest ( 2 weeks out). Eric trained me for the West Palm and the Southern States this past summer....again the results were outstanding...winning the Master's AND the Open Overall in the West Palm and winning the Master's 50 Overall in the Southern states. His routines have brought me some of the best gains of my career at age 51! The man knows his business! Anyone looking to get the most out of their training would be wise to take him on as their coach. I guarantee you...you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything Coach....you have played a HUGE part in making my "comeback" year so succesful.

Keith- you look amazing. I'm going to go ahead and call B.S. on the 51 years old. Making all those young guys look bad lol
Last night was my second Rep Range leg routine. Now this is straight up, scouts honor. My weights that I used went up as such from the last Rep Range leg day.
Hack squat- up 70lb. Up 50lb over MY old way of a power workout for more reps.
leg press-up 90lb. Now my Rep Range weight is what my old max for 5 reps was 5 weeks ago.
leg extension- up 40lb. Now at what I used to do for 10 continuous reps.
lying hamstring curl-up 40lb. Just way more than I ever did for that many reps.
All this while I dropped 1 1/2 lb.
Ask me if it works? Keith said it best.Assistant to the regional manager.

1) What changes would you make to your training protocol for someone just starting your training and just starting a cut?
2) On power week and deadlifts using a 4 second negative...Is that a little dangerous on the lower back especially for someone my age ...55
3) For those who W/O at home and don't have crossover cables but have everything else..what exercise would you sub C/O's for
PTI'm old and cocky and don't give a shit what you think about me.

The new system Keith is talking about is RIDONKULOUS! I used it for a lagging body part (and I just sent pics to Eric so he can vouch) that in just 7 weeks of using this program is NOT A LAGGING body part anymore! In fact, I think it may be somewhat of a strength now...and this was, like Keith, while dieting!
