Eric I have questions about Preacher curl!
And want to ask you...
I strongly believe - We must concentrate body weight on Upper Arms (I think "ArmPits" on english)!
I do this by hang(ing) on the preacher bench!
But I have questions:
1)What is the best body position - A) Straight back and torso B)Lean into it by put body in angle like "/" waist little back
2)What is the best shoulders position - The basic idea is to keep shoulders down - but when i try to hang on the bench, it somehow raise shoulders - when shoulders are raised but not move - what happen?
3)Some people sit on the bench, some people not - What is right by your opinion?
4)Legs position - BackWard;Middle;ForWard?Where to put them?
THANK YOU!

I would also like to thank hoss and todd for their contributions. Well done guys, wel done.
My brother in law goes in this morning to find out if he has Ulcerative Collitis. I've watched this 22 year old kid go from out going 180lb young man to kicked in the teeth 138lb. So fingers crossed they at least find out what the hell is the issue.Assistant to the regional manager.

I hope they find out what the problem is because I know it sucks. A ton of medicationa nd several long years later I am Ulcerative Collitis free. I know they can't cure it but they removed my large intestine and created a pouch from ileum that acts as a colon. Two years ago this October 31 was my first surgery and the other was in January the following year exactly 3 months after the first. It was a roller coaster ride I never want to go on again and for all those who experience it, god bless you. Back to the order of being huge now. Sorry to de-rail thread but I'm off to my 1st FD/FS P/RR/S adventure.

1)What is the best body position - A) Straight back and torso B)Lean into it by put body in angle like "/" waist little back I WOULD LEAN INTO IT A BIT.
2)What is the best shoulders position - The basic idea is to keep shoulders down - but when i try to hang on the bench, it somehow raise shoulders - when shoulders are raised but not move - what happen? I ASSUME THE SHOULDERS ARE JUST BEING FORCED UP BY THE BENCH, WHICH IS NOT A PROBLEM. JUST MAKE SURE THE ARMPITS STAY LOCKED DOWN AND THAT ALL PULLING IS BEING DONE BY THE BICEPS.
3)Some people sit on the bench, some people not - What is right by your opinion? I LIKE TO STAND, BUT OTHERS LIKE TO SIT. NO RIGHT OR WRONG REALLY. JUST PERSONAL PREFERENCE.
4)Legs position - BackWard;Middle;ForWard?Where to put them? MY LEGS ARE USUALLY A BIT IN FRONT OF ME. I FEEL THIS REALLY LOCKS MY BODY IN.
THANK YOU!
