I'm still waiting for my PS which won't be at my doorstep until Wed. I will be starting after that.

I'm adding a couple supps to the line up only because I already have them and I think they can only help; ALCAR, and ALA as well as Leucine.

I know both ALCAR and ALA have antioxident qualities and I was wondering if I still need to take a AO like Radox? I already have the Radox but if the AO qualities from ALCAR and ALA will be sufficient, I'll return the Radox... What do you think???
In 7 wks i'm going to start playing around using other supps in the pre/during/post cocktail Eric has prescribed, One thing is for sure, you want proper amounts of AO during this type of training, its very demanding!
ALCAR. It has been shown in research studies to have protective effects on the brain and helps to release the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. It may also act as a potent anti-oxidant in the brain.
So if you add this, i see no problem, I do use ALA, 3 times aday, 100mg/tab.

Soy beans contain high amounts of protein, including all essential amino acids (the only such vegetable source).

No, it won't make you a girly girl, LOL. Studies have conflicted as to whether soy can lower testosterone levels, and in my opinion, when used in small amounts each day (25-50 grams) it should not do so.

It is a solid protein source and is pretty fast acting. Still, I feel that for bodybuilding purposes, whey is better.
ill have to agree with you that whey is better eric!

ill try the soy out....if i start buying purses and pink stuff it turned me into a girly girl dumm dumm dummmmmmm.... haha.

      THANKS!!!

      • What about edamame? What are you thought?
I love eating them in the pods, and wonder if this is good/bad for my contest prep if I pair it with a protein, nearing my end of the day meals.

This is a product put out by Palo Alto Labs I believe and it is good stuff. I think this is something that should be used as a sort of "PCT" after a heavy cycle of stims. However, when someone is in severe adrenal burnout they will still need a long while off of all stims even when using this product in conjunction.

This is a healthy food but remember that nutritionally it has the following macronutrient profile:

                -Protein12.1-Carbohydrates13.1-Fat3.6

Thus, make sure you calculate this into your overall daily intake.

She obviously has no interest in being a "girly girl," but rather a tough, rough, buff hot chick!

Krissy used it after her season and she started back up and says she noticed a huge difference. But then again, she does not blow herself out on stims. I on the other hand...LMAO.
